Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these were delivered together;
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: support@maevecoast.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any additional costs for you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have:
received the returned goods, or
you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Loss of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and which are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
for the supply of goods which can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed in the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
for the supply of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts:
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
